Peak Technical Institute’s hospitality training staff recently trained nearly 200 military officers and their spouses in formal dinner, wine service and hospitality etiquette.
“The English Butler” Jason King, Program Director and Instructor for Peak Technical Institute’s professional hospitality program, facilitated training as part of a Senior Leadership Orientation Course (SLOC) at Bolling Joint Air Force near Washington, D.C. Peak’s SLOC instruction was held in conjunction with the AF General Officer Management Office and The Protocol School of Washington for the “Dine Like a Diplomat” course, which is the formal dinner and etiquette program for the Armed Forces.
This two-day training included table setting, service and wines, which wrapped up with a seven-course dinner and matching wine service.
SLOC is hosted by AF General Officer Management Office and is designed for all new active duty Air Force personnel, Guard and Reserve one-star generals, new Senior Executive Service Civilians and their spouses at The Bolling AFB Club.
Peak was proud to have several of its former Air Force Enlisted Aide graduates on hand for the evening’s festivities. The Enlisted Aide program is the genesis of Peak’s flagship hospitality program, Professional Hospitality Management, which hones all the skills necessary for estate management.
Peak Technical Institute continues to form and nurture business partnerships through hospitality training in private homes, U.S. military forces and private yachts.
